BLUEWATER Styled By Bluewater

Our task was to help position Bluewater as a key fashion destination for shoppers, driving footfall during the key Spring and Autumn fashion trading periods.

Whilst not a fashion brand in its own right, Bluewater does have 250 fashion retailers under one roof. So our creative platform, ‘Styled By…Bluewater’, positioned the centre as a fashion stylist. One that chooses the best brands and styles, bringing them together in one desirable destination.

This lead to a ‘behind the scenes’ photoshoot, which showed models and looks in the process of being styled. We used this collateral to build an integrated campaign, speaking to shoppers at key touchpoints on the path to purchase, including: TVC, outdoor billboards, online banners, and a 48 page editorial magazine that was distributed with the Sunday Times, Observer and Cosmopolitan magazine.

Fashion 2010 was highly successful, giving the brand
a fresh and strong fashion identity that saw average
drive time go up, retail and catering spend increase significantly, and the average visit time increased. New visitors were recorded, the catchment area extended and many key seasonal pieces were a sell out.
