BLUEWATER
Eat in Bluewater 

Bluewater is both a shopping and leisure destination. So a key part of their business is to encourage shoppers to enjoy the mall’s eating and drinking facilities. With three very distinct dining areas (fast food, family restaurants and fine dining), the challenge was to communicate all dining options to guests, as well as cross-sell the different dining areas and up-sell to the higher-end restaurants where possible.

Our solution was firstly to conduct an audit of all mall media opportunities and map these onto a shopper journey so that our message on each comms piece was targeted and relevant. We then married this insight to a creative idea that allowed us to show different types of food, literally within the name Buewater, through sumptuous bespoke food photography.

Internal and external mall comms were then supported by e-newsletters, leaflets and web presence.
