NESTLÉ UK LTD Christmas in Morrisons


With Christmas being a key trading period, Nestlė confectionary brands tasked us with developing an in store promotion that had stand out, longevity, would encourage repeat purchase and add value for the shopper.


With shoppers feeling the recessional pinch, we
worked on the simple insight that a little help in the run-up to Christmas would go a
long way.

 

We split a small budget into prize funds of £200 worth of Morrison's vouchers, and offered shoppers the chance to win £200 everyday.

 

We implemented fixture POS, floor stickers, hanging banners and ramped up the campaign with outdoor media and red top press. We received over 41,000 entries over the 6 week period – averaging around 1,000 entries a day.

Initial sales results suggest that the QS cartons sales went up 10 fold over the promotional period.
